On Saturday JT and I went shopping.  I have been looking for some trainers for a while as I wrecked my last good pair in the floods.  Since then I have been wearing a £5 pair from Primark, which were cool, but starting to show signs of wear and tear.  I said to JT that I wanted to find some pink trainers that were totally pink and a bit shiny.

We walked into TK Maxx, looking for something else and there, on the shelf, amongst the MENS’ SHOES (?!?!??!) were one pair of totally pink and slightly shiny trainers.  I grabbed them and looked for the size.  6.  WOOHOO!  My size.  I looked at the price, cringing with concern….  RRP £100.   Price: (reduced) £12.  YES!  So now I feel like I am walking on the moon in some cheap designer and totally pink trainers
